Our Hannah turns 6 today.

She is amazing.

She is kind, loving, a good student, smart, beautiful, spiritual and is full of smiles.

I can’t imagine my life without her.

How did this little bean…

You made us a mom and dad, and for that we will always be grateful!

For Mother’s Day, my cute husband gave me some beautiful flowers.

I love flowers.

Recently, I read a book called, The Language of Flowers.

It is about a girl, who despite an unforgiving childhood, finds hope as an adult.

Along the way she learns the meaning of flowers and how each flower you share can also have a specific meaning.

So when my husband gave me this beautiful, yellow lily, I was pleased to know that he thinks of me as a queen.

As a yellow lily means: majesty.

(He also gave me a yellow carnation, which means: disdain, but we will overlook that.)

I was able to work with this cute couple this past week and take some beautiful engagement pictures for them.

Also, this month, at I Heart Faces, the theme is, “Hey Girl”.

I loved this shot.

He simply adores her!

I will admit, one week was not nearly enough for me in this amazing place….

We were lucky enough to go with my hubby’s work to Turks and Caicos.

We stayed at the Beaches Resort and had an amazing time!

Flavio and I took the red-eye to Atlanta…here we are waiting for our connection…the sunrise was beautiful!

Here is the view from our room…not too shabby!

The food at Beaches was outstanding!

This sweet potato soup was probably the best soup I have ever eaten!

We were able to go on a really fun catamaran trip where we snorkeled, ate fresh fish, went tubing and dove off the roof!

It was a BLAST!

And we saw some amazing beaches!

Flavio and I had a romantic dinner by the beach while eating an amazing meal served to us by a butler!

We even saw a guy who knew how to breathe fire!!!

In the end, the best part was just getting a week to relax.

I will never forget how this tiny little island felt like paradise!
